Parking and Directions
Ample free parking will be available near the Brainerd Building, including the lots at Libertyville High school. A shuttle bus will operate between the Metra lot, Libertyville Parking Deck and the festival site.
Directions
From Chicago: From Downtown Chicago take I-90 (Kennedy) to I-94 W (Edens). After approximately 30 miles take the Rt. 176/Rockland Rd exit. Turn right off the exit ramp and continue on Rt. 176 for 2.5 miles to the Brainerd Building. The building will be on the Right (North) side of the street.
From the North:
From the north take I-94E Southbound. Take the Milwaukee Ave/IL-21 exit. Turn right off the exit ramp and continue for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto rt. 176, The Brainerd building is a few blocks down on the right hand side.
From the South:
From the south, take I-294 N. Merge onto I-94 N. Then take the Rockland Rd/Rt 176 exit. Turn right off the exit ramp and continue on Rt 176 for 2.5 miles to the Brainerd Building. The building will be on the right hand side.
From the East:
From the east, simply take Rt 176 W until you reach the Brainerd Building at 416 W. Park Ave, just west of Milwaukee Ave (Rt. 21). The building will be on the right hand side.
From the West:
From the west, simply take Rt. 176 E until you reach the Brainerd Building at 416 W. Park Ave, approximately 1 mile east of Butterfield Rd.
Metra:
The Brainerd Building is a short walk from the Libertyville Metra train station, which is serviced by the Milwaukee District/North Line operating out of Union Station in Chicago.
